The film Chronicles her search along with journalist Rebecca Skloot to learn about the mother she never knew and understand how the on the unauthorized harvesting of Lackś cancer cells in 1951 lead to unprecedented medical breakthroughs, changing countless lives and the face of medicine forever.
This was a really good movie about the life and out come of Henrietta Lacks I really enjoyed hearing the story of how she helped so many people and was sad to find out her daughter was never able to see or read the book that was published about her life.
