Finding Meaningful Ways to Talk About Faith With Children

Finding Meaningful Ways to Talk About Faith With Children

Talking to children about faith can be tricky sometimes, even for people who think faith is an important part of everyday life itself. And that’s not necessarily because children aren’t interested, but instead it’s because they’ve got so many questions, and adults aren’t always prepared to answer them properly.

That could be questions about suffering, kindness, fairness, prayer, heaven, death, other religions, and more, and if you’re not in a place where you can really think about the answers, it’s going to be more difficult than you might have thought. With that in mind, here are some meaningful ways to talk about faith with children.

GlassesShop Eyeglasses Review

Disclaimer: I received these products for my honest review.

GlassesShop is an amazing company. I am so in love with their quality, and service has been amazing throughout the years. I have partnered with them several times. I was able to choose 2 pairs, and I had a little trouble choosing because all of their glasses are so cute. They also have sunglasses, so if you don't wear glasses, you can still get yourself a good pair of sunglasses for this summer. Because you know the summers are getting hotter and brighter.

Lugz Men's Shoes

Disclaimer: I received these shoes from Lugz for my honest opinion.

We love Lugz shoes in our house, and the ones my husband received this go around, he loves them and said they fit and look great. He chose colors that would match pretty much anything: a tan and a darker gray.

Maelove Glow Maker and Peptide Squad

Disclaimer: I received these products for my honest review.

Glow maker is one of Maelove's top products that is best used in the morning. I like to use their serum in the morning when it's best. This serum contains Vitamin C, which helps to even out the skin tone and boost overall skin brightness. It feels so amazing, and you get that glow that everyone wants. It helps to smooth out fine lines, which is something I like about getting older. I have something I can use to help with that. I always use in the am never " in the pm.

Peptide Squad has a lot of benefits. Compared to the glow maker, in terms of using it, this can be used in the am and the pm. Copper peptides are great for wrinkles, something that again I am definitely focusing on. When you're over 40 like me, it's important to take care of your skin. We obviously have declining collagen as we age. And peptide squad has 4 different kinds of collagen that work together to help firm and plump the skin.

I love both products together or just the peptide squad at night; it depends on my day. I can definitely tell a noticeable difference in my skin since using both, and I love them both equally. I am telling you that you need to check them out; they are amazing.

Maelove is a small, privately owned business by Jackie Kim. All of these products have been made in the USA and are always gluten-free and never tested on animals. free of parabens and synthetic dyes.

What to Get the Teacher Who Already Has Enough Coffee Mugs

By the end of the school year, you’ve watched your child grow in ways that are hard to measure. They read more confidently. They handle frustration a little better. They talk about projects and friendships and lessons that clearly meant something. When it’s time to say thank you to their teacher, you want your appreciation to feel real.

What Ive been up to and What is to Come! Stay Tuned

I am so happy to be posting more on my blog this year. It has been a while since personal and blog review posts, but I am coming back. It's been almost a year and two months since my Dad passed, and it's been really hard. I've been trying to work on myself this past year with the counseling that was offered through the VA I was my Dad's Caregiver for several years. He had Parkinson's and Dementia!

Why Your Kids Might Not Want To Play Outside

Many backyards simply signal that they are adult territory. Furniture arranged for conversation. Borders clipped into obedience. Decorative gravel that crunches underfoot like a warning. Children pick up on these cues instantly. A space that looks curated rather than lived in rarely invites spontaneous play. It feels like somewhere to behave, not somewhere to explore. Parents often assume reluctance is about screens or laziness. Sometimes it is simply about design. If there is nowhere obvious to run, climb, build, or hide, a child sees no reason to step outside. A pristine lawn can be as uninspiring as a blank wall. Beauty does not automatically equal engagement.

Comfort Plush Toys and Emotional Development: What Parents Should Know

We tend to forget how important the use of toys is to children. They often shape their emotional intelligence and help with emotional regulation. They encourage development and core skills that, no matter their age, they will no doubt carry on into their childhood and beyond.

Comfort plush toys, for example, serve as vital transitional objects, aiding in emotional regulation. They help to reduce the impact of separation anxiety, but also help to foster independence.

These cuddly items are what provide the comfort and security, which help children to navigate stressful scenarios and develop their empathy through imaginative play.

So, what are some of the key developmental roles and benefits of having a plush toy as a child? What should parents know about comfort items, and are there signs of over-dependence in these toys?
