This six-pack of lemon lime flavor energy stir sticks is really a unique concept for having flavored water. Made with clean caffeine this infused all-natural caffeine that also has vitamins provides an energy experience like you’ve never felt before. It comes in different flavors such as mixed berry and has up to 120 mg of caffeine.

It also has less than 1 g of sugar. I always go for the option of having coffee in the morning but I think I’m going to change it up and have these pureLyft in my water instead and change it up a little bit it has very good flavor and is clean and has continuous energy without the jitters.

You can mix these in your water in two different ways you can peel the sticker on the side and stir it up or you can pop off the bottom and just add the contents into the water. The flavor I actually received is lemon-lime because they didn’t have the mixed berry in stock right now but this one is really tasty.
