This book God with us is a great book for younger children to help them understand and make more sense of the Bible. I really enjoyed reading some of this book as well. Even though it’s geared towards kids you can still learn something yourself. .  I like how both writer and illustrated have Baptist backgrounds. And both writer and illustrator graduated from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.

It is the retelling of the most beautiful book and beautiful story ever told. This book comes with 268 pages and is a Hardback book that has beautiful illustrations. The pictures are so vibrant and in great detail. 

Through each section of the book, they speak about a few Bible verses and then go into detail about what it means. I think this would be great for boys and girls of all ages but mainly ages 10 and up I would say just to get that initial understanding of what church and the Bible mean.
