Ok I want to tell you about this product called the Blossom Menstrual Cup  basically this cup is self-explanatory not to go into too much detail but this is a safer alternative rather than using the other items they have on the market. Are you one that hates that it feels like you're wearing a diaper all the time. Or maybe it's just awkward wearing a tampon. I know for me both of these options I really do not like so when I heard about blossom cup I was eager to try it out.
Basically it is a cup made from a silicone material and you know the rest lol. In the second photo this is how you fold it up to insert it. Just be careful when removing it because things can get a little messy.
The benefit of these is they are natural and won't interfere with your flow. It is easy to keep clean and you can boil to sterilize completely!!

I love all their floss for different reasons they all do different things like the ones we got were for gentle gum care, cool mint flavor, ultra clean, and healthy white the healthy white is my favorite!!!





I know for our family in the oral care department we have tried to change our routine and floss more me and my husband. When I left the dental field I got out of the habit of doing this and now that we have incorporated this back in our routine it feels so much better knowing we are having a clean mouth. But not just for us we have tried to incorporate this in our children's routine also I believe it is never to early to learn how to floss their teeth the earlier you start these good habits the more they will carry on into adulthood. 

My daughter really loved the the Barbie Fluoride mouthwash and now that she uses it she feels like a big girl and it has got her in the habit of using this morning and night to make her teeth stronger and healthier. I love that she is loving it and I know it's great for her teeth. On the other hand my son hasn't really learned how to split everything out so once he does then he can use this too. 

My husband really like the listerine UltraClean for flossing he has trouble holding the regular floss to get between his teeth and always asks me to help no thank you so when we received this was perfect for him. Now he is able to floss so much better and I am happy for that. 

Some other ways to have better hygiene that we do is having regular cleanings every 6 months you should have a dental cleaning and a check up with x-rays once a year.  By keeping up with that will help in oral hygiene and having any work done that needs to be done right away and not putting it off. Putting it off is only going to make it worse. 





I would try to consider myself a health habit hero because I try to instill in my children less juice is better. A lot of juice only causes cavities so drinking more water and less juice and soda is very helpful and to brush twice a day and possibly 3 times daily after each meal will help.

I have always been on a routine with the kids for brushing their teeth and getting prepared for bed. I find it easier that way. But, I feel sometimes the kid's don't take the time they need to really brush and get all the "bugs" off as I say. So sometimes I will help them just to make sure they are getting them really good. Snot Suk Review


Have you heard of the Snot Suk if not you are missing out this item is great. Most people would think that it is gross to use this the way you do which you do have to place the aspirator in the babies nose and then suck on the other end to loosen the "stuff" in the nose. I have used this multiple times and I have to say this product is amazing it really works and isn't gross. You never come in contact with any yucky stuff.

I know with having kid's it is important to have protection on the bed at night for accidents. When training we have had plenty of times where their was accidents. And I could never find the perfect mattress pad for her bed without it coming off after the next day. Well we moved back to Florida unexpected and staying with my dad and the kids have had to sleep with us because of rooming situations. Well on our bed we put this mattress pad from Walmart on and it kept falling off. So when we received this pad it was by far amazing and held up through many washes and is going strong. The Mattress Pad with Wings surface is soft and comfortable while protecting from wetness. It is complete with large, fabric wings to help secure the pad in place. It is washable and reusable making it far more economical than disposable bed pads used for incontinence.
This is a specially designed, reusable, and washable mattress pad that ensures protection for you or your loved one and the bed!
The bed pad is 36 inches by 32 inches with three layers of protection. The 19 inch long wings attached to either side of the bed pad are long enough to tuck under one side of a bed or both (if twin or hospital type bed). The wings tuck under the mattress and prevent the pad from slipping or moving.

TruKid Silly Shampoo and Sunscreen Review/Giveaway

Tru-Kid is a all natural line of kids products here I'll be talking about there Silly Shampoo and Sunny Days Sports Sunscreen the Silly Shampoo is Bpa and Phthalate Free and all natural it's also gluten free, Dioxane Free Paraban, and Sls Free all organic and not tested on animals. It's smells really great almost like a citrusy scent very pleasant. Haven't used on my son yet but used on my daughter we love it.
