I Love mysmile teeth whitening kit. It comes with three whitening syringes, a mouthpiece, LED light, and a shade guide to check your progress. I’ve never seen a whitening kit where you can whiten up to 2 to 3 times daily. I have to say whenever I first put the whitening mouthpiece In my mouth it was very comfortable it’s made out of a silicone type of material. It attaches to the LED light really easy.

So excited to tell you about these plain old-fashioned toothbrushes ones that we used when we were little. If you are one that used these toothbrushes then you really need to check out this site. They have toothbrushes that come in soft, hard, extra soft, and kids version. These toothbrushes are end rounded and have nylon bristles they come in multiple colors and are also translucent.

I remember these toothbrushes back in the day I guess that tells my age. I even remember the toothbrushes like this that have the orange rubber piece on the end of the handle. What is that you ask well it will help you to clean between your teeth and massage gums. These toothbrushes are so neat and very basic just like back in the day.

So if you're a person that does like to use toothbrushes like this I would highly suggest checking these out. They have all different colors they are translucent And they hold up really well. These toothbrushes are also great to have a back up if you had someone stay the night.Or if you're going on vacation and don't want to take your extensive electric toothbrush with you. We have been testing out all our Listerine Products and have been loving all of them. I love all their floss for different reasons they all do different things like the ones we got were for gentle gum care, cool mint flavor, ultra clean, and healthy white the healthy white is my favorite!!!

I know for our family in the oral care department we have tried to change our routine and floss more me and my husband. When I left the dental field I got out of the habit of doing this and now that we have incorporated this back in our routine it feels so much better knowing we are having a clean mouth. But not just for us we have tried to incorporate this in our children's routine also I believe it is never to early to learn how to floss their teeth the earlier you start these good habits the more they will carry on into adulthood.

My daughter really loved the the Barbie Fluoride mouthwash and now that she uses it she feels like a big girl and it has got her in the habit of using this morning and night to make her teeth stronger and healthier. I love that she is loving it and I know it's great for her teeth. On the other hand my son hasn't really learned how to split everything out so once he does then he can use this too.

My husband really like the listerine UltraClean for flossing he has trouble holding the regular floss to get between his teeth and always asks me to help no thank you so when we received this was perfect for him. Now he is able to floss so much better and I am happy for that.

Some other ways to have better hygiene that we do is having regular cleanings every 6 months you should have a dental cleaning and a check up with x-rays once a year. By keeping up with that will help in oral hygiene and having any work done that needs to be done right away and not putting it off. Putting it off is only going to make it worse.

I would try to consider myself a health habit hero because I try to instill in my children less juice is better. A lot of juice only causes cavities so drinking more water and less juice and soda is very helpful and to brush twice a day and possibly 3 times daily after each meal will help.

I love the new arm and hammer truly radiant this toothbrush is really nice and the toothpaste doesn't taste bad at all. I can definitely tell a difference in the color of my teeth and I am sure I'll be able to tell more of a difference as I use it more. I use to be a dental assistant and whitened my teeth all the time. But now that I don't and drink a lot of coffee I need something to help keep my teeth white that is why I love this stuff. I have to say being a previous Dental Assistant for 10 years. I was a little skeptical about using OraMD but to my surprise the first thing that caught my attention was the fresh clean feeling it gives your mouth.
