Disclaimer I am giving my honest review. These are my opinions and mine only.
In this day and age, a lot of our younger generation have addictions, and that is exactly what it is: an addiction. Some people grow up seeing addiction, and some just hang around the wrong crowd and fall into addiction. Just One More is about a girl whose path collides with a dying man, and I believe this wasn't a mistake. She is in a therapy group where they talk about addiction, and she has flashbacks of her being in that situation.
She often visits this dying man, speaking of her addiction. The dying man admits that alcohol almost messed up his relationship with his family as well due to that. She meets several people who have addictions like hers, but different kinds of addictions.
As her relationship grows with this man, her faith grows as well. And her friendship with his children grows even more. I like how the community comes together to help this man. She fell back into her ways; however, she messed up and realised that and turned her life to Jesus and was baptised.
