I am loving these maximum strength Biotin hair vitamins. I had no issue with these vitamins they're pretty small in size and easy to swallow. These vitamins or maximum strength 10,000 MCG's which is a lot not like your standard biotin vitamins. These vitamins prevent hair loss, promote healthy hair, promote healthy skin, and also strengthen your nails and supports her normal cell function in metabolism. These vitamins come in a capsule. I feel like these are working good.

I have been trying to grow my hair out for while now and when I was able to review these vitamins I was really excited. I have tried plenty of hair vitamins and notice my hair looking better. Ok so I was super excited to try out these hair vitamins by Aviva Vitamin they are suppose to make your hair thicker in thinning spots and make your hair less likely to fall out and make it stronger. I can honestly say that I can tell a difference in my hair already and i have been taking these religiously. I feel like my hair has grown but my husband says he can't tell a difference ha ha of course usually men don't. I definitely feel my hair is thicker when I put my hair back it even feels thicker. Now in the photo's I worn you I have a messed up hair cut but I don't want to cut it right yet because it's still to short for me. I don't want my hair shorter. So once it gets to a certain length then I will have it cut straight across. For the meantime I put it up. So I will show you what I ended up with the first month and then I will do a updated post after I finish the second month. I really love taking these and think they have helped.

Ok so if you compare the middle photo of the top collage to the top right pic of the second collage you can see I have more hair right above my ear. I am very happy with this product so far and can't wait to see results at the end of next month. I will have my husband take closer pictures so you can see the hair line better.

I am the type of person who loves to take care of my hair. I can take special vitamins or maybe a deep conditioner, special shampoo, etc..
