It is always nice to take vitamins. This omega fish oil is a triple strength omega fish oil. These are toxin free and mercury free it's also perfect for the heart, eyes, and hair. Also what I like really about these Omega vitamins is that it's Burp less and lemon flavor. This bottle comes with 120 softgels. I have been taken omega for a while the main thing I am taking it for is it's benefits for the heart eyes and hair I've been trying to grow my hair out and this is a great added some supplement for that.

A lot of omega-3 vitamins can cause nausea due to the fishy taste which I'm happy to say this doesn't have that. These pills are fairly easy to swallow the slide right down. But they are on the bigger side but it helps they are gel capsules.

I was really excited to get these anything that is going to help my skin is a plus in my book. This helps reduce the sign of wrinkles and helps crows feet.
