I am loving essential oils lately I have been loving the peppermint and the lavender one. The lavender one is perfect for at night whenever I want the kids to relax and settle down. The peppermint one I never knew but if you place a drop on your thumb and stick your thumb to the roof of your mouth it helps naturally with headaches. These essential oils are not just for relaxing or for headaches there is a variety of things that you can use these essential oils for. And I am really excited to learn more about essential oils and look forward to purchasing them in the future.
