I can basically say that I am an expert when it comes to some tips on picking out a good dentist. After all, I should know I worked with one for 10 years. And yes I use to be a dental assistant until we moved away to South Carolina. A few things you want to look for when making a decision to see a new dentist are make sure you find one for your whole family meaning don't look for a dentist if you have children and they don't work on children you want to choose one that can work on everybody in your family. Another thing I suggest and everyone's different but choose a private practice instead of a clinic. The reason I say this is because they are more personable if you go to the clinic they stay really busy and see patients back to back and for me, that is just not very personable.

I have to say first off being a Dental Assistant for 6+ years this item is very nice to floss with. But nothing gets the job done like the full affect of floss. The ada Statistics show that only 12% of the population flosses. You just have to be careful using these not to cut your gums. I suggest looking in the mirror while doing this. These are basically a thin matrix band but a cleaver idea on how to use it for flossing. Very hand for on the go purposes. Theses are good for up to 30 days.
