I am going to tell you about some great vitamins I have received from Superior Source Vitamins they have so many vitamins what makes them different then others they dissolve in your mouth instead of swallowing them which are great for a lot of people because a lot of people have problems swallowing pills but you can also swallow them too. I had started taking all of them but the main one I have been religious taking is the vitamin C tablets being I live in Florida and the weather is so off with it always being warm here and then another day it's like 30 degrees so I was getting a cold or sinuses or allergies whatever it may be I still kept taking the vitamin C. These C tabs are cherry flavor and don't taste all that bad like I thought they would. I've been taking them for a while and now I see a difference. I also love the vitamin B-12
