I need to eat healthier and with this salad bowl, I can really attempt to do that. The salad bowl makes it so easy to cut up salad right inside of the bowl without cutting your bowl up. You know how it goes you put a salad into a bowl and then you get ready to cut it. But as you do you're also cutting the bottom of the bowl no fun unless you were cutting the salad and a glass bowl. And that's where I exist salad cutter bowl comes in handy. I have in the past have cut salad and a plastic bowl and have cut the plastic inside the bowl too.
If you rotate this bowl at a 90° angle relative to the base the special notches will help you to do this for exactly 90° slicing the ingredients again, as a result, the content is cut crosswise. Do not put too much of the ingredients in the bowl you want to fill it about 3/4 full that is the perfect amount. Do not lock it
