I am super excited to tell you about the Disney Movie The Finest Hours this movie was such a great movie. Based on a true story about coast guards back in the 1950's. This movie can be for the whole family but may be a little violent for some small children. My children attended with us and were fine. The way the movie was written was pretty clever and I love the moral of the story also. It shows if you work together and don't give up it will be worth it in the end. I don't want to give to much to the movie in case you are going to see it I don't want to mess that up.
This movie is in imax 3D which made it even better it felt to me like I was actually there in the movie. Ray an engineer realizes it's up to him to take charge of the crew to encourage them to all work together to keep the ship together as long as possible.
The new coastguard officer Daniel Cluff sends out Captain Bernie Webber to see if their are any survivors from the damaged ships in near by waters. Three other men went out with him to help keep in mind this is a 36 foot motorized wooden boat but regardless even if he had doubts he was determined to save them from these horrific storms. I never heard about this story until tonight and it really had me on the edge of my seat. This was an amazing movie and it gets 5 stars from me.

Please don't miss out on this amazing story!! Out on January 29th.
