Prenatal Multivitamin Review

I am always taking prenatal vitamins besides them having extra benifits they are good if you are wanting another baby it is good to have vitamins in your system when and if you do get pregnant you have been taking them and your baby will get all the vitamins and minerals the baby needs. These pills are easy to take and don't get stuck in your throat and don't smell bad either.

About Multivitamins
Multivitamins are supplements that contains at least 3 or more vitamins and/or minerals in amounts that are below tolerable upper limits established by the Office of Dietary Supplements to help ensure that the body's nutrient needs are met and risks of health conditions associated with specific nutrient deficiencies are minimized.
Most commercially available multivitamin supplements feature vitamins and minerals in one or more of the following forms:
  • Synthetic isolates created wholly in a lab from industrial chemicals
Cultured nutrients created by culturing vitamin and mineral isolates in nutritional yeast
Whole-food nutrients extracted from natural food sources (e.g. herbs, fruits, spices, & vegetables)
A combination of the three forms listed above
