I know I need to start eating better and to help me with that I can start replacing sugary sweet stuff with Messelman's Applesauce I have tried this applesauce and really love it my favorite kind is the chunky kind.

Spring is right around the corner and it is time to see if you followed through with your New Year's resolution's. This is the time if you haven't followed through to get back on track to lose the weight you want.

If you're anything like the majority of people, myself included, your resolution to live a healthier lifestyle may have not even happened. I wanted to start this why is it so hard?? Especially with two little ones running around where do I find the time?

It can be really hard for me because I like to eat and with all the food out their who wants to eat the healthy stuff?? But if you look for simple idea's to make it easier for you then you can follow through and stay on track.

However, looking for simple solutions is much easier which is why I am excited to instead be able to make a Replacement Resolution with Musselman's.

Musselman's fully believes that making healthy, delicious apple sauce is more than just a job, it's a way of life for this 100-year-old grower-owned cooperative. Along with their traditional apple sauce, they offer apple sauce blended with other fruit flavors, lite apple sauce for those who are counting calories, apple juice, apple butter, and more.

But as well as their variety of great products, Musselman's Replacement Resolutions are an easy way to help you and your family stay on track. All you have to do is swap out one of your favorite snacks with Musselman's apple sauce. It’s that easy!

Id much rather have a cup of apple sauce now rather then any other snack. It is healthy and good for me and my family. And I will definitely be buying apple sauce as my future snack!!!

One lucky will will win a Musselman's Replacement Resolution Prize Pack!!

  8. I exercise 5 times a week. For about an hour I lift weights (dedicating only a couple of body parts per day) and do HIIT 3 times per week. My body has transformed and my metabolism is much higher. I am very strong, can now eat 2500 calories daily and maintain my weight, and much happier :) It's now a way of life
