  1. I watch it disappear! :) But, seriously this would be nice for my son, who is diabetic and has to measure everything.

  2. I try to limit what is on my plate by using a mid-size plate, not a large one. I also try to munch down as many fruits and veggies and crystal light and lipton tea to fill the void when I'm craving something sweet.

  3. Yes I watch what I eat. I have started dividing my food out into individual servings in reusable containers.

  4. What does Vote on the fence mean???

  5. It is right on this page under the picture of me holding my Mom's picture all you do is click it and it counts your vote!

  6. I try to eat healthy.I portion out my family's meals by nutrition.

  7. Yes I do try to eat healthy and I do weigh ingredients when I cook because that means it turns out better

  8. I keep the pans in the kitchen and only take the plates to the table, that way we don't have 2nds and 3rds servings

  9. This would be awesome!

  10. I dont but I always eat healthy and eat small portions. My husband, however, is a different story.
